Finish grade planting / sodded areas, and fine grade as may be necessary or <br />incidental to all pia�ting operations. Establish fin(sh grades m aawrdance with <br />elevations shown m ihe drawmgs, insuring that no podcets, nor any other suAace <br />obstructions to positive drainage are prese�t. Insure posihve drainage away from <br />building. <br />B. Place the following amounts of either stockpiled on site material or imported topsoil to <br />establish finish grades, allowing for mulch in planted areas: <br />t. Planting Areas: 4" topsoil. <br />2. Sodded Areas: 4" topsoil. <br />3. Raised Planters:l2" minimum topsoil. <br />4. Rough Seed Areas: No topsoil required. <br />C. Rototill all areas to 6" prior to topsoil placement. I� planters, remove all concrete and <br />break up subgrade to allow for good drainage. <br />D. Place topsoil unitormly and rototill in amendments in sodded areas. Fertilize as <br />specified. <br />E. Perform all operations to remove suriace irregularities and rocks, sticks, and debris <br />over 1" in diameter. Roil with 200-300 Ib. rollerto establish tinal grade. <br />F.
