Report to the <br />Landscape Archited, in writing, conditions which will prevent the proper execution of this <br />work. Beginning the work of this section without reporting unsuitable conditions to the <br />Landscape Arohitect constitutes acceptance of conditions by the Contractor. Any <br />required removal, repair, or repiacement of work caused by unswtable cronditions shall <br />be done by Contraclor at no additional cost to Owner. <br />�goFc ai u FG AND SAFETY ORDERS: <br />All work and materials to be In full accordance with latest rules, regulations, and satety <br />orders of Division of Industrial Satety; the Uniform Plumbing Code published by the <br />Westem Plumbinq Officials' Association; and other applicabte laws or regulations. <br />Nothing in these drawings or specitications is to be consirued to permit work not <br />conforming to ihese codes. Should the Construction Documents or instructions be at <br />variance with ihese rules and regulations, notiry Landscape Architect (or instrud!ons <br />betore proceeding witF� the work atiected. <br />When the specifications and/or drawings call for or describe materials, workmanship or <br />construdion of a better quality, higher standard or larger siz3: these specifications and/or <br />drawings shall take precedence over the above ruies, regulations, or codes. <br />Furnish and maintain all warning sfgns, shoring, barricades, rer. lanterns, etc., as <br />required by the Safety Orders oi the Division of Industrial Satety, and local ordinances. <br />Take care to protect open trenches and pits. <br />PFRMITS AND FEE,�,� <br />Obtain all permits and pay required tees to any govemmental agency having jurisdiction <br />over the work.
