Prior to request tor review of work, accomplish the fotlowing: <br />1. Complete ail work including balancing, ad�usting the system <br />(pressure-reducing valves, ilow-ad�ustment keys, nozzles, etc.) to <br />provide optimum coverage without fogging. <br />2. Complete the operations and maintenance manual ready tor review by <br />Landscape Archfted, and record zones on inside controller face. <br />3. Complete sepia record drawing for review by Landscape Archited. <br />4. Obtain all miscellaneous keys, spare parts and tools reqwred under this <br />contract for review by Landscape Architect and delivery to Owner. <br />5. Clean out all sediment from valve boxes so that soil level is to boriom of <br />valve, and all wiring (including spare wire) is visible. <br />C. Coverage Check: Remove all vatve bo� covers and operate each zone ot the <br />system at direction ot Landscape Architect. <br />D. Correct any items noted on the punch list prior to request for Tinal inspection. <br />FINAL INSPEGTION / OWNER ORIENTATION: <br />At the time of and as part of the final inspection, conducl a trainin$ and orientation <br />session for the Owner covering the operation, ad�ustment and maintenance of the <br />irrigation system. The record drawings and operations and main;enance manual shall <br />be reviewed and all features explained.The Contractor shall no;ify the Owner jp �jp� <br />� week& prior to the training and onentation session.
