Mechanical sha11 submit energy calculation, equipment load <br />and the genera7. layout at the time of filing for permit. <br />The tenant improvements wi17. not be required. <br />�? <br />3. <br />4. <br />Architectural shall submit code date based on U.B.C., 1985 <br />Cdition and drawings at the time of filing for permit. <br />Structural shall include structural calculation along wit5 <br />the drawing at the :.ime of filing for permit. <br />Electrical shall show emergancy path lighting and exit sign <br />locations rind a panel schedul.e when filing for permit. The <br />tenant .iinprovenient will not be requi.red. <br />5. The Owner, 1979 Olympic Investors (Harmon & Associates Real <br />Estate, It:c.) shall �ile a no—build easement along the east <br />property lirt� in tne area of the new building to ensure the <br />40 foot separation that is required by code. This will <br />allow the Type II, 1 hour b�ilding to be non—sprinklered and <br />have 72,000 s,f. This easement must be filed prior to <br />i�suing the building permit. <br />G. It was also clarified that The Planning Department, Mary <br />Cunningham, wi11 allow shar.ed parking between the individual <br />patcel oE land within Everett Mall Office Park. <br />7. The e].evator shaft must be 1 hour with a 1 hour door at each <br />penetration. The elevator does not require a smoke proof <br />vesi_i.bule and the shaft doesn't have to be pressurized but <br />it must Ue vented per U.B.C., Chapter 51, <br />8. The bnilding shall be designed to compl; with Washington <br />State Rules and regulations Eor BARRIER FRF.E: DESIGN. <br />
