• 4 <br /> Scope of Work <br /> Triangle Associates, Inc. and its successors and assigns will develop and administer <br /> environmental education programs to be given at high school,middle school and elementary <br /> schools that are geographically located in the City of Everett Water service area. <br /> City of Everett agrees to pay Triangle Associates, Inc. for development of water conservation <br /> and surface water programs and 165-175 workshop days of presentations (640-700 <br /> presentations) <br /> Additionally, at City of Everett option, and only at their request, City of Everett agrees to pay <br /> Triangle Associates,Inc. for scheduling and confirming the presentations. <br /> Development, presentation, and if requested, scheduling will be for the school year 2005-2006. <br /> • Triangle will develop the following programs: <br /> Two water conservation programs, one elementary and one high school. These programs <br /> will teach elementary and high school-age children about the importance of conservation <br /> of water and age appropriate methods of water conservation. In addition, Triangle will <br /> continue presenting and modifying as needed the current middle school water <br /> conservation program. <br /> An elementary school surface water/watershed protection program. This program will <br /> provide elementary school-age children a basic understanding of surface water, water <br /> sheds, and watershed protection. <br /> A middle school comprehensive water program that provides a two-day session per <br /> presentation that includes water issues such as water quality, surface water, watershed <br /> protection, and wastewater. <br /> • Triangle will develop program materials including draft and final scripts, draft and final <br /> station design,purchase any needed props, and develop a worksheet at the middle and <br /> high school Ievels to be used in conjunction with the presentations. City of Everett must <br /> approve any and all materials developed for the programs prior to classroom presentation. <br /> • The programs would be modified as needed to increase effectiveness within the first few <br /> presentations. The programs would essentially stay the same for the whole school year. <br /> Small modifications in the verbal part of the presentation could be made throughout the <br /> year. <br /> • Presentations would be scheduled and presented over the 2005-06 school year.
