4 • City of Everett will do the initial mailing of a letter or brochure to schools and teachers and will then follow up with teachers interested in receiving the program. City of Everett will confirm with the teacher either by email or phone prior to the day of presentation. • City of Everett will market and schedule the program over the 2005-06 school year. If the City chooses not to market and schedule some or all of the program,then Triangle, at the City's request,may be asked to market and schedule some or all of the programs during the 2005-2006 school year. If the City of Everett chooses to have Triangle market and/or schedule any or all of the programs,the City of Everett will provide to Triangle a written request.This written request will be sent to Triangle a minimum of two weeks prior to the start of any requested marketing or scheduling. • Triangle will distribute any materials/evaluation forms on the day of the presentation. • Triangle will have the City of Everett's permission to market,without reimbursement to the City of Everett, a similar program to other water purveyors with the understanding that the materials would need to be modified and the City of Everett credited. This Scope of Work does not represent any other contract-whether expressed or implied-between Triangle Associates, Inc. and Everett Public Works. Upon completion of implementation each month, Contractor will bill Everett Public Works for development and/or presentation work completed that month and will submit a presentation schedule listing the locations and dates of the completed presentations.
