The proposai is subject to the general evaluation criteria listed in <br />Subsection 41.150.0 of the Ciry's Zoning Code as follows: <br />The necd of the neighborhood, district, or City for a proposed special property use. <br />Findings: The proposed use is the construction of a telecommunications facility on an existing rooftop <br />to provide wireless communications for the public. <br />Conclusions: The proposal would provide a public benefit to the community. <br />?.. The adequacy of streets, utilities and pubGc services requ.ired to serve a proposed use. <br />Findings: The proposal will be unmanned and located on the roof of an existing building. <br />Conclusions: Adequate provisions for access, utilities and public services for the proposal can be <br />accommodated. <br />3. The impact of traftic generated by the proposed use on the surroundiug area, pedestrian <br />circulation and public safety; and the ability of the proponeut to mitigate such potential impacts. <br />Findings: The proposal will generate some minimal traffi: during construction, however once installed <br />no constant traffic will be generated by the propusal. <br />Conclusions: There will be no adverse uaffic impacts generated by the proposal. <br />4. The provision of adequate off-street parking, on-site circulation, and site access. <br />Findings: No parking is required for this proposal. <br />Conclusions: Not applicablc:. <br />5.
