The faciliry will be painted to match existing roofrop equipment to mininrize any <br />potential visual impacts. <br />Conclusioas: Measures to reduce possible visual impacts have been implemented. <br />9. Consistency witL the goals and poticies of the Everett General Plt+n for the area and land use <br />designation in which the property is located. <br />Findings: The site is designated 4.4 Mixed Use Commercial/Multiple Family Residendal on the City <br />of Everett's General Plan ma�. <br />Conclusions: The use is consistent with the Gtn:ral Plan. <br />10. Compliance with the provisions of tLis Ordinance and other City, State and Federal regulstions. <br />Findings: All necessary local, state and federal permits must be obtained for the proposal prior to <br />construction. <br />Conclusions: The proposal is required to comply with the provisions of the Zoning Code and other <br />City, State and Federal regulations. <br />11. Accessibility to public trausit, and traffic reduc�tion measures �roposed by the applicant to reduce <br />dependence of the proposed use on the automobile. <br />Findings: Everett Mall Way �s served by public transit. <br />Conclusion: The proposal is unmanned ond ther:fore no ongoing traffic concems will result. <br />
