g <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the Board of Adjustment of the City of Everett does <br />hereby order that a variance be GRANTED to allow for a freestanding sign <br />to be located less than ten feet from the interior property line. <br />The action of the Board of Adjustment in GRANTING a variance shall be <br />final and conclusive, unless within twenty-one (21) days from the date of <br />issuance and signing of this order by the Chairman of the Board, an <br />aggrieved person or persons obtains a writ of certiorari from the Superior <br />Court of Washington for Snohomish County for the purpose of review of the <br />action taken. <br />DATED this 2nd day of May 2005. <br />��G�a�-•- � • �t � IfIC,�nG C(-ii1 i`R <br />Chairman, Board of Adjustment <br />Notes to Applicant: <br />If a variance is approved, building permits are required and <br />must be obtained within one year from the approval date after <br />which the Board of Adjustment's decision shall cease to be <br />effective. Prior to the expiration date, a written request for a <br />six-month extension may be submitted to the Planning <br />Director. <br />2. A copy of this order must be submitted by the Applicant when <br />applying for building permits. <br />3. A building permit is required for the new sign. An electrical <br />permit is required if the sign is to be illuminated. <br />4. All banner signs and portable signs on site shall be brought <br />into conformance with current code requirements. These <br />requirements shall be met prior to the installation of any new <br />sign on site. <br />5.
