Easement exists that is 30' wide which gives City the right to install a water line at the west <br />portion of the project per Brad's (Madison Development's attorney) conversation with you on <br />November 24", 2004. <br />8. Surface water Management quality vault has been increased to a 4-cartridge (deep) structure as <br />the cartridge (low rate was decreased from 15 to 7.5GPM. According to Jane Zimmerman's <br />11/16/04 email, 4 cartridge is acceptable even though the calculations specify 4.01 cartridges. <br />System has also been updated to ensure minimal storm water backup in the structure. <br />9. Grease interceptor removed per client's request as no food service will be occupying retail <br />spaces. <br />10. Conveyance pipes changed from 12" to 8" onsite. <br />11. Existing CB on the southwest portion of project, to remain. Structure is large enough to <br />accommodate an additional pipe. We are replacing an existing 12"� pipe with an 8"a. In <br />addition, we are installing another new 8"� pipe on the side of the structure with currently no <br />pipe. <br />Sheet C5 <br />I. City standard reference numbers added to details where applicable. <br />Drainage Calculations <br />• Details for water quality vault updated for 4-cartridge (deep) structure. Structure sized for all <br />runoff on site except for the retail building and the area behind the building which are non - <br />pollution generating and routed around the water quality vault. <br />• Area of non -pollution generating rooftop updated to be 0.19 acres. <br />• Conveyance calculations added and updated per new design <br />• Peak flow for 6-month storm determined. Input parameters and results are included in report. <br />• CB Storm Filter sizing updated using capacity of 7.5 gpm/cartridge. <br />• Storm Filter data updated.
