It is essential for the uverall <br />success of the Everett Mall Office Park that the previously a�proved (but yet nat <br />developed) curb cut west of Capital Savi�;gs & Loan and east of Dairy Queen be <br />developed, The future viability of our development should noc be penalized <br />through Capital's current request for independent, uncoordinated curb cuts. <br />Ne respectfully and ur9ently request that before a building permit is issued to <br />Capital Savtings, the spirit of our previous cooperation on traffic control be <br />preserved, nd that the City assist the private parties in coordinating the <br />situation. <br />Thank you for your interest in these types of situations.
