CAD Standards <br /> This task includes overall project management, administration and coordination of activities <br /> necessary for completion of the project. Activities include: <br /> Task 1.1 Work Plan <br /> Deliverables <br /> • draft Work Plan, 3 bound copies,one unbound copy <br /> • final Work Plan, 3 bound copies, one unbound copy <br /> Revise the current comprehensive work plan detailing the day-to-day management of <br /> the project. A draft revised work plan will be submitted in electronic and hard copy <br /> formats to COE for review and approval within fifteen days after Notice to Proceed. <br /> It is anticipated COE will review and provide written comments within ten (10) days <br /> after receipt of the draft work plan. The final version of the work plan will be <br /> submitted within ten(10)days after receipt of review comments. The plan will <br /> include, but is not limited to,the following: <br /> 1.1.1 Organizational Structure and Management. <br /> a) Describe how the project will be managed on a day-to-day basis. <br /> b) Provide an organizational chart,which reflects the relationships both internal <br /> and external to the project team. <br /> c) Describe the roles and responsibilities of key project staff. <br /> d) Identify the organizational structure for project decisions. <br /> 22 <br /> 30%SCOPE OF SERVICES, PAGE 3 OF 16 <br /> North Everett Transit Station <br /> July 29,2005 <br />
