w 7 <br /> 1.1.2 Communication Approach. Expand on the management approach, <br /> organizational structure, and organizational structure for project decisions in order to <br /> provide a plan of how communications will take place(internal to the Consultant, <br /> with sub-consultants and COE and external to the project team), including use of <br /> voice and email. <br /> a) Describe the method and frequency of project updates and how issues will be <br /> identified and tracked. <br /> b) Indicate who will be responsible for receipt and distribution of information. <br /> c) Identify the distribution structure that details to whom information(status <br /> reports, data, schedule, and technical documentation)will flow. <br /> d) Describe what methods will be used to distribute various types of information. <br /> Include a detailed process that will be used for transmittal of specifications <br /> and drawings. <br /> e) Identify the method to be used for collecting and disseminating updates and <br /> corrections to previously distributed material. <br /> f) Identify who the decision-makers will be, and the kinds of decisions for which <br /> these persons will be responsible. <br /> 1.1.3 Standards and Criteria. Provide a revised summary of relevant standards and <br /> criteria to be applied to the development of the deliverables required by this scope of <br /> services. (COE will provide criteria, guidelines and standards as listed above. The <br /> Consultant may propose exception(s) to those criteria, but each proposed exception <br /> shall be explicitly identified and the rationale for proposing the exception shall be <br /> provided. It is understood that COE will be the determining authority for standards <br /> and criteria governing this project.) Address the presentation of information in <br /> drawings and other deliverables. <br /> 1.1.4 Project Deliverables. Provide a revised list of all project deliverables as <br /> required by this scope of services. The list will include the date each deliverable is <br /> due to COE; the estimated time for COE review, if provided in this scope of services; <br /> and, the estimated time for incorporation of comments by the Consultant team and <br /> production of the corrected deliverable, if applicable. This document is intended to <br /> be a stand-alone document, in addition to project schedule deliverables. <br /> 1.1.5 Project Schedule. <br /> a) Prepare a revised Critical Path Method (CPM) Project Schedule for this <br /> project.
