7 <br /> d) The consultant will include a plan for document control including a <br /> description of the Consultant team's internal project records and document <br /> control system including methods used for coding, storing, and retrieving <br /> project records. <br /> e) The plan will include CPM Project Schedule information that clearly <br /> identifies when all QA/QC activities, including both internal and external <br /> reviews and other activities, will occur,and who will be performing these <br /> activities. <br /> f) The plan will address the process to be used internal to the Consultant team to <br /> control and assure the quality of the services required by this contract. <br /> g) The plan will describe the process to be used by the Consultant team to <br /> address comments that result from reviews of deliverables as required by this <br /> scope of services. <br /> 1.1.8 Project Risk Analysis. <br /> a) Assess the stability of this project and identify any risks to scope, schedule, <br /> and budget. <br /> b) Provide a risk matrix to include identified risk, occurrence probability rating, <br /> consequence rating, and response. <br /> 1.1.9 Change Management Plan. Revise the previously established procedures for <br /> identifying how changes and modifications to the negotiated, final, scope of services <br /> will be identified, and for incorporating modifications, as approved by COE, into the <br /> project. The plan will include a Contract Scope Change Log to contain the following <br /> information: <br /> • Contract modification number <br /> • Activities affected by change(if appropriate) <br /> • Brief description of the anticipated change in scope <br /> • Brief justification for the change in scope <br /> • Potential impact or enhancement to project schedule <br /> • Estimated cost associated with the change <br /> • Work products or deliverables resulting from change (if any). <br /> The plan will include use of revisions to the CPM Project Schedule to illustrate <br /> potential impacts of each proposed change and modification. <br /> Task 1.2 Sub-consultant and Consultant Team Management <br /> Consistent with all aspects of the contract, this scope of services, and the approved <br /> Task 1.1 Work Plan, establish and maintain agreements with sub-consultants, and <br /> administer agreements.
