7 <br /> b) The revised Project Schedule will detail the critical path elements of this <br /> scope of services and will include known constraints, linkages, deliverables, <br /> COE reviews, Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) reviews, and <br /> reviews by others including any other agencies or jurisdictions, and applicable <br /> deliverables and milestones. <br /> c) Activity duration of more than fourteen (14) calendar days will not be used <br /> except for activities of the Project Schedule constraining or linked to the work <br /> of the Consultant team, but not included in this scope of services, and except <br /> for Tasks 1.2 through 1.6. <br /> d) Provide a narrative that describes how the CPM Project Schedule will be <br /> presented, and how the information in the presented documents will be used, <br /> to communicate a joint understanding between the Consultant team and COE, <br /> of the assumptions governing this project, the coordination required to <br /> complete this project in accordance with the terms of this contract and this <br /> scope of services, and of any impacts to the project that may arise. <br /> 1.1.6 Project Budget and Cost Control. <br /> a) Provide a time-phased cash flow projection by task and sub-task for the <br /> duration of the contract for both the Consultant and sub-consultants. <br /> b) Provide a time-phased resource projection of labor hours for both the <br /> Consultant and sub-consultants by task and sub-task for the duration of the <br /> contract. <br /> c) Define procedures including paperwork, tracking systems and review levels <br /> that will be utilized to monitor cost and resource performance and detect <br /> variances from plan. <br /> 1.1.7 Quality Management Plan. <br /> a) Provide COE with the revised Quality Management Plan that describes the <br /> processes that will be used to ensure that COE's expectations of quality are <br /> met or exceeded. <br /> b) The plan will address Quality Planning, Quality Control, Quality Assurance, <br /> design reviews, and deviations or exceptions from the standards and criteria <br /> governing this project. <br /> c) The plan will address organization of the consultant team for quality <br /> management, and will address document control and design control. <br /> 24 <br /> 30%SCOPE OF SERVICES, PAGE 5 OF 16 <br /> North Everett Transit Station <br /> July 29,2005 <br />
