Each monthly invoice will be <br /> accompanied by a hard copy of the monthly progress report. <br /> TASK 2—COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT <br /> ET has been working on this Project with the COE, the larger Everett community and <br /> surrounding neighborhood for several years. The consultant will support ET by preparing <br /> presentation materials and providing technical data to be shared with a variety of audiences <br /> (as determined by COE): <br /> • web site information, <br /> • any other related public involvement activities that may be required. <br /> Task 2.1 Prepare Newsletter Articles and Graphics <br /> Deliverables <br /> • one (1) four page newsletters appropriate for mailing and web site posting <br /> • three (3)hard copies of 24" x 36"graphics for presentations <br /> This task includes: <br /> • Development of one newsletter, four pages in length, with graphics for <br /> distribution to the community, via mail, and COE, and COE web sites.
