7 <br /> The Consultant shall prepare a Stormwater Technical Memorandum which will include the <br /> stormwater design criteria, calculation of 25-year conveyance volumes and an evaluation of <br /> the impacts of the proposed transit center to the existing downstream stormwater conveyance <br /> system. The existing downstream system will be evaluated from the project site to its <br /> confluence with a sewer main trunk in Waverley Avenue. <br /> TASK 9—30% PLANS, SPECIFICATION AND ESTIMATE <br /> Deliverables <br /> • Technical Memorandum <br /> • 30% PS&E (Three (3) copies with half-sized Plans) <br /> 9.1 Technical Memorandum. The Consultant shall prepare a Technical Memorandum <br /> which will summarize the design process in Phase 1 through which the Preferred <br /> Alternative was selected. It will discuss the four alternatives,the selection and <br /> development of an alternate to meet the Everett Community College Master Plan and <br /> finally, the selection of Alternate 4 as the Preferred Alternate. It will also include a <br /> discussion of appropriate wall types and include plates showing the location and height of <br /> the wall(s) as well as typical sections. <br /> The Consultant shall prepare the 30% set of Plans Specification and Estimate (PS&E) for ET <br /> and COE review. The building will be identical to the building designed for the Everett Mall <br /> Station, with minor external finish revisions. This work includes analyzing and sizing the <br /> stormwater conveyance system. The project will utilize standard shelters to be furnished <br /> separately by ET. The Consultant shall incorporate previous comments into the 30%PS&E <br /> The scope of work for this effort includes the following: <br /> 9.2 30%Plans. The Consultant will provide 30%Design Plans.
