Amendment Number One modifies the original agreement as follows: <br /> 1. Extends the time to complete the bus platform from August 30,2005 to November 30,2005. <br /> 2. Eliminates Steadfast's responsibility to design and construct a custom passenger shelter and to provide <br /> shelter design plans to the City of Everett, so the City could build a second matching shelter. <br /> 3. In lieu of building a custom shelter, Steadfast will contribute up to$15,000 in matching funds to an <br /> existing ET federal grant for the purchase of replacement shelters for the new transit station. <br /> 4. Steadfast will reimburse the City up to$5,000 for the relocation and maintenance of the temporary <br /> drivers' facility,until the permanent drivers' building is completed in November 2005. <br /> All others terms of the original agreement remain unchanged. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: Authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment Number One to the License and Memorandum <br /> of Agreement with Steadfast Companies regarding the South Everett Transit Center at Everett Mall. <br /> AIIRINOS2405 Steadfast htoA SETC Amndt 1 23 <br />
