Critical Areas Study and Habitat Management Plan Report. Identify the likely <br /> extent of revisions that may be required for the existing Critical Areas Study and <br /> Habitat Management Plan Report for the different alternatives considered. <br /> 2. JARPA/Biological Evaluation (BE). Identify the likely extent of revisions that may <br /> be required for the existing Biological Evaluation (BE) for the different alternatives <br /> considered. <br /> 3. Cultural Resources Investigation. Identify the likely extent of revisions that may be <br /> required for the existing Cultural Resources Investigation Report for the different <br /> alternatives considered. <br /> 4. SEPA Process. Identify the likely extent of revisions that may be required for the <br /> existing SEPA checklist and SEPA process for the different alternatives considered. <br /> 5. Permitting Acquisition/Schedule. Determine which permits may need to be <br /> extended and/or revised based on the various alternative design/construction <br /> approaches considered. Estimate time needed to acquire permits for the various <br /> alternatives considered. <br /> C. Develop Permit Revision Strategy and Tracking List for the selected alternative. Review <br /> the project's existing permits, schedule, and strategy with City staff. Prepare a summary <br /> list of permits, which identifies all required permits, summarizes likely permit revision <br /> requirements, and likely agency review periods for the required revisions. <br /> D. Miscellaneous Permitting Consultation and Agency Coordination Assistance. Provide <br /> initial Environmental/Permitting strategy assistance to the City prior to, during, and after <br /> the initial brainstorming meeting to identify alternative options to be considered. <br /> E. Meetings. Participate in an Alternatives Evaluation Selection Workshop after completion <br /> of the initial alternatives analysis. Environmental subconsultant shall also participate, via <br /> conference call, in two other meetings with City/MWH staff or regulatory agencies as <br /> required. <br /> Task 7.
