CSR AssociatedRinker shall develop a timeline for construction of the frontage improvements, which plan shall be reviewed and approved by the City's Planning, Public Works, and Parks Departments. (I) Drainage and Detention Facilities. CSR AssociatedRinker shall provide interim storm water detention and water quality treatment for the Transfer Lots pursuant to SEPA MDNS #99-037 until such time as a regional drainage and storm water detention facility and-treatment-plan for the applicable drainage basin is prepared by CSR AssociatedRinker and approved by the City. Such regional drainage and storm water detention facilityi-es shall be sized to accommodate storm water detention requirements for the Transfer Lots based on the proposed Park Master Plan. The regional drainage and storm water detention facilityies shall not be located on the Transfer Lots. The City agrees to provide water quality treatment required for development of each of the Transfer Lots at the time of their development. Such detention and water quality treatment facilities shall be located on portions of the Property other than the Transfer Lots. The parties agree to a ph coordinated plan for stennwaterstorm water detention and water quality treatment to accommodate development of the Rinker Property. 1.8 GSR-AssociatedRinker Operations Pending Transfers. CSR AssociatedRinker may continue to perform its land filling operations on an area within the Rinker Property identified as Lots 45-B1 and-45-C, 45-D and 45-E after the transfer to the City of Lot 45-A. 1.9 Landscaping.
