5 <br /> d. Four (4) off-street parking stalls are required for lots 12-20. The minimum <br /> dimensions of each parking stall shall be 10X20 feet. A turn-around must <br /> be provided for lot 13 with a minimum dimension of 10X20 feet. <br /> e. Garages—lots 1-11 are required to have a one-car garage that is <br /> consistent with the design of the Donovan homes. <br /> f. Garages— lots 12-20 are required to have a two-car garage that satisfies <br /> ' minimum size and setback standards per EMC 18.28.140. <br /> g. The site must be developed in general conformance with the approved <br /> final site plan. <br /> h. Residential sprinkler systems that are in compliance with NFPA standard <br /> 13D are required for lots 13-20. <br /> 12. The construction plans must be designed from a site survey performed by a <br /> licensed State of Washington land surveyor. <br /> 13. All exposed ground must be reseeded within 30 days of the completion of <br /> construction. If reseeding is not practical because of weather or seasonal <br /> problems, the ground must be covered with mulch in a manner as directed by the <br /> City Engineer. <br /> 14. Temporary erosion control measures for construction activity must be operational <br /> prior to commencement of any clearing or earthwork. <br /> 15. City streets are to be kept clear of dirt and debris at all times during construction. <br /> Dust suppression and street cleaning must occur as directed by the Public Works <br /> Inspector. <br /> 16. Snohomish County P.U.D. has sufficient capacity to provide power to the <br /> proposed development. For information, contact PUD customer engineering. All <br /> electrical power is to be underground (EMC 18. Ord. 2328-98). <br /> 17. The Applicant shall contact Verizon for information on telephone services. <br /> 18. To initiate new service orders, the Applicant shall contact Puget Sound Energy at <br /> least three months prior to required in-service date. Any relocation of existing <br /> gas facilities for this development will be at the developer's sole expense, and <br /> requires 90 days minimum notice. <br /> 19. Water services and sewer stubs must be installed to each lot prior to final plat <br /> approval. <br /> 16 <br />
