(Tres West) <br /> Combined Sewer& Stormwater HDR, Inc. <br /> SCOPE OF WORK <br /> The following is a scope of work for Construction Management and Construction Support for the <br /> construction phase of the project. All services under an on-call/as-needed basis. <br /> PHASE 1: GRAND AVENUE PARK BRIDGE <br /> CM and CS services will consist of the following tasks. <br /> 1. PROJECT MANAGEMENT&ADMINISTRATION <br /> KPFF will provide overall project management of the construction management and construction support <br /> teams. This effort is anticipated to entail the following: <br /> 1.10—Coordination, Contract Management& Invoicing (assume 6 hours/month) <br /> KPFF will provide the necessary project coordination to facilitate transfer of design intent and data <br /> for the benefit of a construction process that is collaborative, provides clarity to the design, resolves <br /> questions arising between the contractor the specs and plans and serves to minimize confusion or <br /> change orders for the purpose of allowing for the successful and on schedule construction of the <br /> bridge and installation of the utility system. This effort involves communication (email and <br /> telephone), contract management, scheduling, invoicing, and site visits between the City and the <br /> project design team. <br /> Team members will prepare monthly invoices for work completed, which will then be compiled into <br /> one invoice and one progress report per month by KPFF to submit to the City. <br /> 1.20—Meetings (assume 1 every 2 months) <br /> This subtask includes an assumption of one to two (1.5 average) meetings per month between the <br /> KPFF Project Manager and the City including the city design and construction group, and agents. <br /> The PM will travel to Everett for these meetings as necessary. <br /> 1.30—General Client Communications (assume 22 minutes/day) <br /> KPFF will be the main point of contact for communication with the City for the CSS (with the <br /> exception of KBA)team.
