A clearly defined combined entry for both
the existing and new Administration buildings will provide for a new
campus identity and ease of use for citizens. There will also be an
entrance on the south side of the new Administration building along
Pacific Avenue.
Utilities Public Utilities will be maintained to occupied buildings during
construction.
Sewer Several combined sewer laterals would require removal or relocation as a result
of the proposed new buildings. Lateral "SMLD6"and a the portion of"SMLD5"
south of the connection for the side sewer for the Carnegie Building in the north-
south alley east of the Work Release Facility must be removed.
