The traffic signal at Pacific and Rockefeller Avenues will need to be modified to <br /> accommodate the proposed access ramp to the new underground garage in the Preferred <br /> Alternative 1. In addition, for Alternative 1 (Preferred) the garage access controls will <br /> need to be designed to accommodate at least 350 vehicles per hour inbound in the AM <br /> Peak Hour without queue back-up onto Pacific Avenue. Most of the inbound traffic in <br /> the AM Peak Hour will be employees that an be processed with card readers or even <br /> more modern electronic devices.
