W. Beck, Inc. on August 27, 2003. The agreement <br /> was to provide support and guidance to Utilities staff while implementing GC/CM as an alternative delivery <br /> method for the Water Pollution Control Facility Expansion Phase A. The Professional Services Agreement <br /> specifies a completion date of September 30, 2005. Utilities recommends a change to the completion date of <br /> the contract to June 30, 2007. This change will allow R.W.Beck to review the completion of the GC/CM <br /> contract and submittal of the project report. <br /> RECOMMENDATION (Exact action requested of Council): <br /> Authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 1 to Professional Services Agreement with R.W.
