The GRANTEE shall research, design, and conduct at least one public <br /> presentation during the grant period subject to the following conditions: <br /> a) The purpose of the presentation(s) shall be to present the Architectural <br /> Details of Everett Handout specifically to construction and real estate <br /> professionals in the Everett area. <br /> b) The GRANTEE shall notify the DEPARTMENT of the presentation date <br /> and shall be afforded an opportunity to attend. <br /> II. PRODUCTS: The GRANTEE shall at a minimum submit the following products to the <br /> DEPARTMENT: • <br /> A. PUBLICATIONS <br /> 1. Five copies of the Architectural Details of Everett Handout. <br /> 2. Website address where the two handbooks: "Architectural Details of Everett" and <br /> "Hands On! The Rehabilitation Handbook for Everett's Historic Homes" can be <br /> found. <br /> B. PUBLIC MEETING <br /> 1. Summarize the public presentation(s) including but not limned to: number of <br /> participants, comments, and notable conclusions arising from the presentation. <br /> Include the summary in the completion report. <br /> C. REPORTS <br /> 1. A schedule for project completion (already submitted with grant application). <br /> 2. A completion report. <br /> b4 <br />
