AMENDMENT NUMBER TWO <br /> REGIONAL PASS AND FARE PROGRAM RECONCILILATION <br /> PROGRAM AGREEMENT <br /> Effective July 1, 2005 <br /> In consideration of the mutual commitments herein contained, Sound Transit, Everett <br /> Transit, King County Metro, Pierce Transit and Community Transit agree to amend the <br /> Interim Regional Pass and Fare Program Reconciliation Program Agreement entered into <br /> between the parties as of January 1, 2002 as set forth below. <br /> 1. Exhibit B is hereby replaced with the attached "Exhibit B-1" to: <br /> A. Update the face values of passes sold; <br /> B. Articulate that monthly PugetPasses are sold through Sounder Ticket <br /> Vending Machines; <br /> C. Note the total price and WSF revenue share of ship-to-shore passes; <br /> D. Delete the$1.50 WSF passenger-only/Kitsap local pass; and <br /> E. Note that effective October 1, 2005, the WSF/Mukilteo pass will change <br /> from a$1.00 face value pass to a $1.25 face value pass in accord with <br /> Community Transit's fare increase for local service. <br /> Except as expressly provided in this Amendment, all terms and conditions of the original <br /> Agreement remain in full force and effect. <br /> Regional Pass and Fare Reconciliation Program Agreement 1 of 4 <br /> DRAFT Amendment#2 Effective July 1,2005 <br />
