The City reserved the right to supplement the original <br /> agreement to authorize the Consultant to provide additional engineering services for the rehabilitation of the <br /> existing Weyco pipeline. This Supplemental Agreement No.2 to the Professional Services Agreement with <br /> Carollo Engineers, P.C., amends the original scope of work by adding Exhibit A-2 (Scope of Work) and <br /> Exhibit B-2,which includes the updated 2005 Rate Schedule and an estimated Project Cost Summary by task <br /> for the additional engineering services. These services include: Incorporating design changes to the new <br /> intertie and revising the drawings to include the rehabilitation of the 54-year old 40-inch Weyco concrete <br /> cylinder pipeline, as requested by the city. This Supplemental Agreement No. 2 will increase the total <br /> compensation, including all services and expenses,by a total of$51,405 for a grand total of$157,212. <br /> RECOMMENDATION (Exact action requested of Council): <br /> Authorize the mayor to sign Supplemental Agreement No. 2 with Carollo Engineers, P.C., to complete City <br /> requested design changes and to incorporate the rehabilitation of the Weyco pipeline into the bid documents <br /> for an additional cost of $51,405. <br /> `t 3 <br />
