The 1995 vacation of 105th Street SE adjacent to Costco did not include this portion of 105th Street <br /> SE because Costco did not own southerly lots (Lots 3 & 4, Block 2), which could have become landlocked. <br /> Costco purchased the lots in 2000. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(Exact action requested of Council): <br /> It is recommended that Everett City Council pass the attached ordinance vacating that portion of 105th Street <br /> SE lying between Block 1 and Block 2, Plat of Silver Lake Garden Tracts,as legally described, subject to <br /> retainage of an easement for utilities and payment of the full appraised value. <br /> ti �3 <br />
