The GMA grant <br />would be used for a Market Analysis and Design Guidelines for neighborhoods bordering the downtown to <br />the north and south. The city is in the process of updating our Downtown Plan and this would address the <br />plan implementation needs for the adjacent neighborhoods were multiple family growth pressure is <br />occurring. <br />RECOMMENDATION (Exact action requested of Council): <br />Adopt a Resolution expressing support for the submittal of a grant in the amount of $35,000 for a market study and <br />draft design standards to help implement the Comprehensive Plan <br />21 <br />
