SMART CARD PROJECT CHANGES <br /> Amendments to Interlocal Agreement <br /> DATE PURPOSE <br /> 1. 11/17/03 Established fiscal agent central payments account; <br /> responsibility for agency late payments. <br /> 2. 10/25/04 Three issues: <br /> a. Further defined calculation and use of contingency <br /> funds (currently under review for more changes); <br /> b. Replaced old Finance Plan with new Finance Plan <br /> (Exhibit C); <br /> c. Requires consensus of Joint Board for most issues <br /> and allows simple majority of quorum for others such as, <br /> employment status of Contract Administrator, Change <br /> Orders between $50,000 - $100,000 (CO less than $50K do <br /> not require JB approval), determination of amount of <br /> damages levied against a withdrawing agency and approval <br /> of agency specific purchases. <br /> 3. 10/25/04 Addressed many issues regarding safeguarding and <br /> distribution of Contractor Intellectual Property.
