F. Effective May 2003, the Agencies and the Consultant executed Change OrderNo. 5 to provide _ <br /> Contract Implementation Support services for Phase IV,system design and implementation,per <br /> the provisions of Task 5 of the Agreement. Capitalised terms used,but not defined,in this <br /> Change Order shall have the meaning given in the Contract. <br /> G. Effective May 200.4, the Agencies and the Consultant executed Change Order No, 6 to addTask <br /> 5A-1 to existing Task 5A,Project.Technical Support, to provide regional coordination support <br /> services for Phase IV, system design and implementation, per the provisions of Task 5A of the <br /> Agreement. <br /> H. Effective July 2004,the Agencies and the Consultant executed Change Order No. 7 to revise the <br /> contract period of performance and task start and finish dates to correspond with the revised <br /> RFCS project baseline schedule(ERG's CDRL 42), approved with ERG Contract Change Order <br /> No. 4, executed in July 2004. <br /> I. The Agencies and the Consultant desire to enter into this contract Change Order No. 8 to add <br /> Task 5A-2 to existing Task 5A, "Project Technical Support", to cover the development and <br /> ongoing administration of the Regional Plan through the period (September 2004 through <br /> February 2005), development of user-friendly reports to access Regional Plan information, and <br /> produce the Traceability Matrix. <br /> Agreements <br /> The Agencies and the Consultant hereby agree that the contract document cited above is amended as <br /> hereinafter set forth: <br /> 1. Revision to Scope of Work. <br /> The Contract is amended to add Task 5A-2 per the attached Exhibit 1: "Scope of Work& <br /> Budget— Task 5". <br /> 2. Revision to Costs. <br /> The Budget is amended to add funds in the amount of$90,700. This is a "not-to-exceed" <br /> estimate of costs to perform the work described in Exhibit 1. Prices and rates listed are valid for <br /> the entire period of performance. <br /> 3. Schedule <br /> The Contract overall period of performance is unchanged from May 1, 2000 through December <br /> 31, 2006. <br /> 4. NO MODIFICATIONS.
