As-builts of storm sewer, sanitary sewer, and water systems will be required to be submitted <br /> per City Design and Construction Standards and Specifications for Development. <br /> 10. Any broken or damaged sidewalk shall be repaired/replaced per the City Public Works <br /> Inspector. <br /> 11. All exposed ground must be reseeded within 30 days of the completion of construction. If <br /> reseeding is not practical due to weather or seasonal problems, the ground must be covered <br /> with mulch as directed by the City Engineer. <br /> 12. Temporary erosion control measures for construction activity must be operational prior to <br /> commencement of any clearing or earthwork. <br /> 13. Detention of storm water runoff for this project is required in accordance with City <br /> standards. <br /> 14. Per City policies due to the proximity of the site to environmentally sensitive areas, seasonal <br /> limitations may be placed on land alteration activities. Land alteration activities are defined <br /> in the City's Design and Construction Standards and Specifications as clearing, grubbing, <br /> excavation, filling, grading, and stockpiling. Determination of the exact seasonal limitation <br /> period requires site-specific information generally not available until the project design <br /> stage. However, preliminary analysis using the information available at this time indicates <br /> that land alteration activities on the project site may be restricted to the period between April <br /> 1 and October 1. <br /> 15. Access - O.K. as shown on the site plan reviewed. <br /> 16. Premise Identification- Premises shall be clearly identified by the correct address at the <br /> street entry. Buildings shall be clearly identified so as to be visible and legible from the <br /> access road. Individual apartments and suites,where applicable, shall be clearly and legibly <br /> identified from the access road. <br /> 17. A fire hydrant is required in the parking lot area. Location of the hydrant shall be approved <br /> by the Fire Marshal. <br /> 18. PREMISE IDENTIFICATION AND ALL REQUIRED FIRE DEPARTMENT <br /> ACCESS ROADS AND FIRE HYDRANTS SHALL BE IN SERVICE PRIOR TO <br /> COMMENCEMENT OF CONSTRUCTION. <br /> 19. Fire Hydrants - Locations as shown on the site plan are acceptable. <br /> 20. Service Stations - A fire extinguisher with a minimum U.L. rating of 2-A:20-B:C shall be <br /> provided and so located that it will not be more than 75 feet from any pump, dispenser or <br /> fill-pipe opening. <br /> 21.
