9 <br /> • Flammable or combustible liquids. To install, construct, alter or operate tank vehicles, <br /> equipment, tanks, plants,terminals,wells, fuel-dispensing stations, refineries, <br /> distilleries and similar facilities where flammable and combustible liquids are produced, <br /> processed, transported, stored, dispensed or used. <br /> • Motor vehicle fuel-dispensing stations. To dispense flammable or combustible liquids, <br /> liquefied petroleum gases or compressed natural gas at motor vehicle fuel-dispensing <br /> stations. <br /> 22. Permits are required from the Fire Department for removal and installation of underground <br /> fuel tanks. Additional information as required under Item 4 of the Conditions for <br /> Underground Tank Installation shall be provided to the Fire Department prior to the issuance <br /> of any permit to install tanks and the related dispensing equipment. <br /> 23. The contractor shall provide the Fire Marshal with specifications for tanks, piping, <br /> dispensers and leak detection equipment, or any other special equipment prior to installation. <br /> 24. A performance set-aside or bond shall be required for wetland mitigation/buffer <br /> enhancement work prior to the issuance of any construction permits. The amount of the <br /> assurance device shall be as set forth in subsection 40.050.A.1 of the Zoning Code. Prior to <br /> release of the performance bond, an additional assurance device must be provided for <br /> maintenance, monitoring and contingencies in the amount of 90% of the estimated 5-year <br /> cost. <br /> 25. Environmentally sensitive area fencing and signs shall be placed around the perimeter of the <br /> wetland/buffer, including the enhancement area on the south parcel. <br /> 26. The Applicant's biologist shall make regular inspections during construction of the wetland <br /> mitigation work. Any discrepancies from the approved plans shall be reported to the <br /> Planning Department and contingency provisions must be implemented. <br /> 27. Prior to release of the performance bond, the Applicant's wetland biologist shall provide an <br /> as-built report of mitigation/enhancement project. The report must contain a certification <br /> that mitigation work has been completed consistent with the approved plans. <br /> 28. Monitoring of Wetland Mitigation/Buffer Enhancement-The Applicant shall provide <br /> wetland monitoring reports after the 1st, 2"d and 5th years following construction. Monitoring <br /> must be consistent with the City's Administrative Guidelines for the Identification and <br /> Evaluation of Wetlands and Streams (10/18/93). If the City requests a third party review of <br /> the monitoring report(s) it shall hire, at the Applicant's expense, an independent biologist to <br /> conduct the review. <br /> 29. Parking must be per City Zoning Code and City Design and Construction Standards and <br /> Specifications. Parking count and layout shall be as shown on the site plan on file.
