5. idsTM Software <br /> idsTM Version 3.5.X Viewing Software Requirements: Digital map data will be <br /> viewed in the idsTM read-only format using standard Microsoft Windows-based <br /> desktop and laptop PCs. A minimum system configuration to run idsTM consists <br /> of an Intel-compatible Pentium PC with 24 MB of RAM, a 4X CD-ROM drive, 10 <br /> MB of free hard disk space, 800 x 600 graphics resolution in high color (16-bit) <br /> color, and Microsoft Windows NT 4.0, 9x, 2000, or Windows XP operating <br /> system. <br /> idsTM License Agreement: The idsTM Viewing software is a copyrighted and <br /> licensed program protected under U.S. law. As such, a standard License <br /> Agreement applies to each copy of the product in use. The idsTM LICENSE <br /> AGREEMENT is included in this agreement as Exhibit A. <br /> idsTM End-User License Agreement: For Public Distribution of the idsTM <br /> Product an End-User License Agreement is required. The idsTM END-USER <br /> LICENSE AGREEMENT is included in this agreement as Exhibit B. <br /> 6.
