Changes to the I <br /> current idsTM product design and functionality, including changes to the idsTM <br /> Viewing Software, initial overview screen, physical display characteristics such <br /> as colors, line styles and fills, search indexes, features and themes, production <br /> software, and setup software may also require a design change. Everett must <br /> inform ASI of possible design changes prior to delivering data for each delivery. <br /> FEE: Labor hours are priced at $125 an hour and will be estimated in writing <br /> for Everett prior to ASI performing any work. <br /> 3.4.1 Optional Database Design Changes: <br /> Everett has estimated that it may need 40 hours of ids product changes to <br /> accommodate planned changes to their GIS database design. ASI will <br /> provide these services at the rate of $125 per hour and estimates the final <br /> fee to be $5000. ASI will provide a written work order, including the scope <br /> and final estimate for these changes, for Everett to authorize prior to work <br /> beginning. <br /> FEE: $ 5,000.00 (40 hours X $125 per hour) <br /> 3.5 Additional Work Orders: <br /> During the term of this agreement, additional work orders for the creation of <br /> additional products, software and services can be added by addendum to this <br /> agreement. These addendums must be in writing from an authorized <br /> representative from Everett. Each addendum shall include all necessary scope, <br /> schedule and fee information, and be signed and dated by both parties. Email <br /> approval from an authorized Everett representative will be considered written <br /> approval for purposes of this agreement. <br /> 3.6 Additional CD-ROM Master Pricing: - <br /> If the amount of data to be published in idsTM format does not fit on the 700 MB <br /> CD-ROM Product Master proposed under the Base Services, then the project <br /> data set will have to be divided and an additional CD-ROM Product Master will <br /> have to be produced. <br /> FEE: A processing fee of $2,500 per issue will be charged for each additional <br /> CD-ROM Product Master produced per idsTM Product delivery, plus the <br /> unit price for each additional idsTM CD-ROM license purchased. <br /> 4. Payment Terms <br /> Payment for the ASI fees shall be made as follows: <br /> Base Services: The per delivery fee for item 3.1 will be invoiced upon each full <br /> product delivery. Payment due 30 days NET. <br /> Additional Services: Any additional items ordered (3.2 — 3.6) will be invoiced <br /> with each order.
