Our work was performed in accordance <br /> with the scope and conditions of our proposal dated May 23, <br /> 1990. <br /> It is uriderstuoc� based on verbal discussions with you that <br /> you plan to construct a two-story wood-frame structure on <br /> the site tiith a full basement daylighting on the west side. <br /> A site plan sketch was provided to us for use in our <br /> evaluation. In plan view the structure will. be retanqular <br /> in shape with maximum dimensions of 27 by 42.5 feet. Site <br /> grading is er:pected to consist primarily of excavation and <br /> backfill foc the proposed basement.
