The ceiling and walls show evidence of moisture daznage. <br /> 2. A portion of the ceiling is water damaged and has become unsecured. <br /> 3. There is an improper electrical fixture in the back porch/storage room. <br /> 4. The source of the water damage was reported to originate from the upstairs unit. At the time <br /> of inspection there had been a temporary fix of the problem, but access into the upper unit is <br /> needed to determine if an adequate repair has been performed. <br /> Electrical System <br /> 5. The electric service panel is rusty and shows signs of moisture within the service. <br /> 5. Electrical wiring to the upper unit is encased in flexible metal housing. This encased wiring <br /> goes through the hot water closet ceiling into the upper unit. This area of the ceiling shows <br /> water damage. <br /> 7. There have been additions and alterations to the electrical system without the required <br /> permits and inspections. An electrical inspection is required to assure the validity of the <br /> electrical installation. <br /> Hot Watcr closet <br /> 8. The gas hot water lieater does not appear to be properly vented. <br /> 9. The gas hot water heater was installed without benefit of permit. A mechanical inspection is <br /> required to assure the ��alidity of the gas installation. <br />
