There is no handrail on the front steps. <br /> 23. The gutters on the ex.terior of the back porch/ storage room have rusted through. <br /> 24. The venting for the upper unit plumbing fixtures is improperly installed. <br /> 25. The chimney from the upper unit does not have sufficient height. <br /> 26. There is an illegal use of an extension cord connecting to pipe warming tape on the nurth side <br /> ofthe house. <br />
