The <br /> proponent further sees no problems generated in regard to <br /> pedestrian circulation nor with public safety, due to the existing <br /> sidewalks along Lombard Avenue and 24th Street. <br /> 4 . The provision of adequate off-street parking, on-site <br /> circulation, and site access . <br /> The pr�ponent anticipates the majority of chi.ld arrivals to be <br /> between 6 : 30 a.m. and 8 : 30 a .m. , and the majcrity of child pick-ups <br /> to be between 4 : 30 and 6 : 0� p .m. There will be a maximum of 27 <br /> children at the facility at any given time, and the proponent <br /> estimates that approximately 1/3 of those will be multi-child <br /> families , making approximately 18 arrivals an3 pick-ups . We feel <br /> that there is sufficient room along the west side of Lombard to <br /> accommodate at least 6 vehicles , plus both the north and south <br /> sides of 24th Street are generally clear due to the location of <br /> Clark Park and the church and there should be room for at least 6 <br /> more vehicles there . A three-day parking study was condur_ted on a <br /> typical Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
