The proposal will allow the proposed <br /> day care facility on the subject property to operate with 27 children. The Special <br /> Property Use Permit will help alle��iate some of the demand for day care services in <br /> the ar�a. A need for the neighborhood, district, and city has been proven. <br /> g. The subject property is located on the corner of Lombard Avenue and 24th Street. <br /> There is an altey on the rear of the property to the west. Other major streets in the <br /> area include Broadway Avenue.
