Signa shall not ?+P Snternally illuminated. <br /> 2. Freestanding Sigas - <br /> a. One freestanding sign is permitted per lot for each frontage. <br /> b. The maximum sign area shall be thirty-tWo (32) square feet. <br /> c. The maximum height for a freestanding sign shall be one (1) <br /> foot for 2ach oue (1) fcot the sign is setback from the <br /> property line crhich abuta the street right-of-Hay, up to a <br /> maximum height of ten (10) feet. The minimum setback from <br /> the front property line shall be five (5) feet. <br /> 3. Wall Signs - each facade of each business shall be allowed the <br /> larger of: <br /> a. twenty-four (24) square feet, or <br /> b. fifteea (15) percent of the area of the facade upon which the <br /> sign or signs are to be located, up to a maximum of forty <br /> (40) square feet. <br /> c.
