The daycare would <br /> operate with up to a maximum of 27 children <br /> at any given time. Detailed drawings in accordance wiih City Design and <br /> I Construction Standards shall be submitted to the Public <br /> Works Department showing site parking layout, landscaping, <br /> utilities, storm drainage, temporary construction erosion <br /> control, and all required improvements in the public right- <br /> of-way. Public Works Department approval of these drawings <br /> is required prior to any permits being issued. All <br /> improvements shall be completed, approved, and warranted <br /> before Occupancy permits are issued. <br /> 8� . A water/sewer connection fee must be paid at the time of <br /> building permit issuance. <br /> . A parking study prepared by the applicant indicated that the � <br /> I existing 16 off-street parking stalls, combined with <br /> available on-street parking, woul.d be sufficient for the <br /> proposed daycare.
