Bartlow ) <br /> 3229 A Wetmore Avenue ) Case Nos. 942H-98 <br /> 3E29 B Wetmore Avenue ) 943H-9R <br /> Everett,WA 98201, ) <br /> ) Findings of Fact,Conclusions <br /> Appellant, ) of Law and Order <br /> ) <br /> vs. ) <br /> ) <br /> City of Everett, a Washington ) <br /> municipal corporation, ) <br /> ) <br /> Respondent. ) <br /> ) <br /> This matter having come before the Board of Review of the City of Everett on the 27°i <br /> day of Uctober, 1998, and the teslimony of witnesses having becn heard and all exhibits <br /> admitted into evidence having bcen considered, the Board of Review makes the following <br /> findings of fact and conclusions of law and ordcr. <br /> Findin�s of Fact: <br /> L The City of Evcrett Housing Inspector inspected the buildings situated upon the <br /> property at 3229A Wetmore Avenue and 3229B Wetmore Avenue(hereinafter"the <br /> buildings") in the City of Everctt, Washington under the authority oFthe City of <br /> Everett Building Official. <br /> 2. As a result of the inspection, the Housing Inspector believes that the buildings are <br /> residential. <br /> 3. As a result of the inspection, the Housing Inspector believes that conditions exist at <br /> the buildings that are in violation of tlie Uniform Housing Code, as adopted by the <br /> City of Everett, and render the buildings unsafe, dangerous or hazardous. Said <br /> conditions are set out more fully in the Notice and Orders, which have been admitted <br /> into evidence as Exhibits No. 4, 5, and 20, 21. There was no testimony to refute the <br /> conditions as described in the Notice and Orders. <br /> 4. As a result of the inspection, the Housing Inspector believes that conditions exist at <br /> the buildings that are in violation of the Uniform Code for the Abatement of <br /> Dangerous Buildings, as adopted by the City of Everett, and render the buildings <br /> unsafe, dangerous or hazardous.
