In order for a Speci�.l Property Use Permit to be granted in ihe City of Everett, the <br /> General Evaluation �riteria as set forth in EM� 19.51.150.0 must be satisfied. <br /> Those criteria have been listed in finding #4. l he manner in which these criteria <br /> are satisfied is set forth in findiny #5—#15. . <br /> 3. In addition :o the General Evaluation criteria, Specific Evaluaiion criteria for <br /> Special Property Use Permits pertaining to church facilities must be met. The <br /> criteria as set forih in 19.41.150.D.2.b are listed in findirg #16. The manner in <br /> which these criteria are satisfied is set forth in findings #17 — 19. <br /> I�ECISION <br /> Based upon the preceding Findings of act and Conclusions and testimony and <br /> evidence submitted at ihe public hearing, it is hereby ordered that the requested Special <br /> Property Use Permit for the constructioi� of an approximate 10,000 square foot addition <br /> to an existing 7,500 square foot existinci church facility ai 2521 Lombard Avenue, <br /> Everelt, Washington, is granted. The facility is to be used for office space and support <br /> services. The Special Property Use Permit also allows for the demolition of a 2,800 <br /> square foot building.
