Crnwford ) <br />Respondents ) <br />THE CITY OF EVERETT <br />Comes now the City of Everett and alleges: <br />N0. 1 <br />tPL NT <br />(1) The above named respondents are owners or parties in interest <br />of the property commonly referred to as 2938 Lombard Avengs,, legally de- <br />scribeo as located in Snohomish County, 4ashington, to -wit: Lot 11, South <br />20 feet of Lot 12, Block 6867 Everett Lane Company's 1st, addition. <br />(2) Thit said property has been inspected by the complainant <br />City anc that the buildings or structures located thereon are hereby found <br />And declared to be "Dangerous Buildings" within the definition of Ordinance <br />No. 3941 of said City. <br />(3) That, as n result of the said inspection, the complainant <br />alleges the following defects to presently exist in connection with the <br />structures or buildinee on the above described property, to -wit: <br />(n) Said building stows 33%J, or more, damage or dctorioration <br />to supporting members and 50;=5 damage, or mare; to non -supporting <br />walls and coverino. <br />(b) Said building on said property has become so dilapidated, <br />decayed, uneafe and unsznitary as to become unfit for human <br />habitntion. <br />(c) Soid building has inadequate facilities for egress in rase <br />of fi e and inadequate fire escapes. <br />(d) baid building has defective elect-ic wiring in tW: additions <br />to original electric wiring have been made in violation of the <br />electric code. <br />(e) No plumbing facilities .are on third floor. <br />-I- <br />1. <br />
