The existing roof structure should be sized sufficiently and designed to resist the additional weight of the roofiny system, per IBC 1603.1. 2. Nianufacturers specifications should be submitted to indicate the fire classification for the roof, per IBC section 1505, table 1505.1. These comments address building issues only. Revisions or additions may be required by other departments (Utilities, Public Works, or Planning). Upon resubmission of the drawings, plan review will resume and your application will be given priorily.
