Tear off existing roofing membrane (1 layer) down to wood <br /> substrate. Set any protruding fasteners and sweep roof clean. Naul <br /> debris away. <br /> 3. Inspect roof deck for structural soundness. if required, repairs will <br /> be done to code. <br /> 4. Remove existing cap metal flashing from roof perimeter. Instail nev✓ <br /> �6 gauge baked enamel finish cap metal when new roof is in place. <br /> Inside and outside faces w�ll be mectianically fastened with screws with <br /> neoprene gaskets. <br /> 5. Replace two existing scupper drains on north and south side. Install <br /> iwo additional scuppers and downspouts on both sides. There will be a <br /> total of 6 scupper roof drains. <br /> 6. Replace roof vents with new RVO 38 high neck vents. Vent curbs <br /> running east to west will be replaced with new curbs that will be approx. <br /> the same height of the new tapered insulation. This will reduce the <br /> amount of water standing behind the curbs. <br /> 7. Replace plumbing pipe flashings and other roof penetrations with <br /> TPO boots or flashing membrane. <br /> 8. Re roof with: <br /> • GAF Everguard 60 mil white TPO membrane.
