18. A Hydraulics Project Approval from the State <br />Department of Fisheries may be required for this <br />project for stormwater discharges to the Snohomish <br />River or its adjacent wetlands. If an HPA wzs <br />required, more stringent detention and water treatment <br />requirements than the City would impose could be <br />placed on the project as a condition of the HPA. The <br />Department of Fisheries shoF.ild be contacted to <br />determine whether or not an HP;•. is required for this <br />site. <br />19. The checklist says that water and sewer will be <br />extended to serve this site. Water will have to be <br />extended from Ravenna and South 2nd Avenue. Sewer <br />will need to be pumped to Ravenna and South 1st <br />Avenue. <br />20. The restroom must be designed to be disabled <br />accessible per the State Building Code. <br />21. City streets and alleys are to be kept clear of dirt <br />and debris at all times during c:onstructior.. Dust <br />suppression and street cleaning must occur as directed <br />by the Public Works Inspector. <br />22. The park identification, entrance, and exit signs and <br />the trailhead signs shall not exceed five feet in <br />height. <br />
