APPROVAL OF A <br />SHORELINE MANAGEMENT SUBSTANTIAL <br />DEVELOPMENT PERT iIT <br />D <br />ti <br />f. <br />4y2�I�g9 <br />C�TY..oF..................... v <br />�'�b/ic ks 'DR t..TT...... <br />rya <br />SrAA #8-91 <br />DECISION: The Shoreline Management Substantial Development Permit <br />is granted subject to conditions listed. <br />INTRODUCTION <br />The City of Everett Parks Department, 802 Mukilteo Boulevard, Everett, Washington <br />98203 (hereinafter referred to as Applicant) requested approval of a Shoreline <br />Management Substantial CQvelopment Permit (Shoreline Permit) for the development of <br />Rotary Park (subject propel;y) on the Snohomish River in the Lowell Neighborhood of the <br />City of Everett. The proposed shoreline activities include a two-lane boat launch; a 48 <br />space parkinq lot; a 900 square foot restroom facility; the creation of 12,000 square feet of <br />wetlands to replace 2,800 square feet of displaced wetlands; and approximately 4,500 <br />cubic yards of fil! . construct the boat launch and parking lot. <br />A hearing on the request was held before the Hearing Examiner of the City of Eve, eft on <br />May 5, 1994.
